A-T Solutions to provide counterterrorism support services for US DHS

The US Department of Homeland Security has signed an initial multi-award blanket purchase agreement with A-T Solutions for anti-terrorism and counterterrorism support services.

Under the contract, A-T Solutions will work alongside Office of Bombing Prevention to support the federal, state, local and private sectors to respond to attacks involving improvised explosive devices in the US.

The contract also involves developing, operating and maintaining the National Capabilities Analysis Database by the company and the Office of Bombing Prevention.

A-T Solutions president and CEO Dennis Kelly said, "At home and abroad, our team of experts delivers realistic and relevant technology-enabled counter-IED training and tools to our warfighters and coalition and partner nations as well as to federal, state and local law enforcement agencies."

The company is also responsible for establishing requirements for technical and operational services to the National Protection and Programs Directorate, Infrastructure Protection, Protective Security Coordinate Division and Office for Bombing Prevention.

The cumulative value of the contract is $46m for five years with $3.1m over 24 months.
