CommutAir selects ARINC AviNet Data solution

CommutAir has selected the ARINC AviNet Global Data Network Solution intended to support Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) requirements.

Capable of adhering with CBSA passenger reporting requirements, the new customised solution has been designed to transmit crew Advance Passenger Information while also complying with CBSA’s new Data Acquisition Solution guidelines.

The CBSA’s proprietary reporting guidelines have been designed in response to privacy and data quality concerns, while ARINC’s advanced passenger information solutions help meet border security challenges.

The new platform, a part of ARINC Electronic Borders portfolio, will carry out required message format and communications protocol conversion to meet CBSA implementation schedules.
