Northrop to showcase integrated solutions at Land Warfare Conference

Northrop Grumman will showcase a range of its integrated solutions for force protection, command and control, and cyber security at the 2012 Land Warfare Conference scheduled to be held from 30 October to 02 November 2012 with theme "Potent Land Force for a Joint Maritime Strategy."

The company will demonstrate its counter-rocket artillery and mortar system used to detect or destroy incoming artillery, rockets and mortar rounds in the air with early warning of incoming indirect fire for soldiers.

The expeditionary tactical automated security system, the enhanced C4ISR operationally responsive enterprise ISR fusion system, and the LAND 75 track management system will also be showcased.

In addition to the integrated battle management system, the company will exhibit advanced cyber security and communications capabilities of M5 network security.

Northrop has received a contract to build a cyber test range for the University of New South Wales, Canberra campus, at the Australian Defence Force Academy in Australia.

The academy provides training and education for the students of the Royal Australian Navy, Army and Air Force including the growing filed of cyber research.
