CSRA secured the Enterprise Service Operations Center (ESOC) task order award from the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) under the Enhanced Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise contract.
This contract, which is estimated to be $166.9m, has a one-year base period and four-and-a-half option years.
Under the programme, CSRA will manage the ESOC, which comprises self-help knowledge portals, remote service desk resolution support and in-field customer engagement support for the Department of Defense Intelligence Information Systems global customers.
CSRA will also consolidate and standardise remote and in-field customer support at the enterprise level.
CSRA executive vice president for Intelligence Group Leigh Palmer said: "DIA's critically important mission to produce, analyze and disseminate military intelligence information means that they require a dependable IT support system and efficient service."
"Leveraging more than 50 years of enterprise IT experience, and an outstanding team with significant know-how, we will serve as the first point of contact to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively and empower our customers to seek solutions via self-help knowledge portals."
CRSA will perform the work at its various and government locations worldwide, including the company's new Integrated Technology Center (ITC) in Bossier City, Louisiana.
The ITC is a 96,000ft2 IT delivery centre with the capacity to extend across various projects.
The ITC is expected to open this year.
