CACI rolls out new radio frequency signal detection system

CACI International has launched the new real-time STC Portable Spectrum Analyzer, which is aimed at improving situational awareness and security for members of law enforcement and the intelligence community.

Integrating hardware and software elements into a portable, lightweight RF detection and monitoring system, the new radio frequency (RF) signal detection and analysis system enables quicker detection of signals in a range of frequencies, further improving their awareness of the environment around them.

CACI chief operating officer and US Operations president John Mengucci said: "Our new STC Portable Spectrum Analyzer is an excellent demonstration of CACI’s ability to fill a specific need in the marketplace with an innovative solution.

"This comprehensive and fully capable product represents a cost-effective option for our customers who may be working under budget constraints."

The system’s software application interface would facilitate users with minimal knowledge about radio frequency to operate it, while offering the required tools to accomplish the mission.

Capable of being remotely monitored through wireless or Ethernet controls, the system is suitable for experts in security services, law enforcement, intelligence, spectrum management, and executive travel and support.
